One-on-one cognitive assessments performed by certified nurses to determine any area of concern with memory as well as one-on-one meeting with a family member for support.  Nurses, Social Workers, Occupational Therapist and Doctors are members of this clinic to provide comprehensive care for patients and family members dealing with dementia or other conditions involving memory loss.
